You are pregnant!: It is the biologically active form of the hormone that is made by the placenta. Although intact HCG is the main analyte for detection of early pregnancy, it can fluctuate markedly during early pregnancy. This variability could affect pregnancy test results based on early pregnancy urine. A value of 634 is positive while negative is less than or equal to 4.

634 would be: pregnant. Confirmation at an OB's office would seem reasonable at this point because prenatal care would be started.
