Actually you took...: ...0.5 mg of alprazolam. It may be detected in the urine for up to 5 days. However, if you only took it one time & if you stay well hydrated, it may be below the detection threshold for a positive test. If you have your own prescription for it, you should keep the prescription bottle to verify that you used it lawfully in case it is detected.
