Depends...: The only way to know if you have HIV is to be tested. Does your life style promote the risk of HIV? Do you have unprotected sex with multiple partners? etc. That being said, Your skin symptoms are not specific for HIV. Have your brown spots looked at by a dermatologist and at the same time ask him/her to test you for HIV
