Not likely: that is a common spot for nodes. If they were 4 or more inches across, that would be remarkable. Furthermore, they tend to be NON-tender. And, there is a broad range of weight that is ideal..up to almost 30 bmi (because some weight helps resist stresses if one were to have chemotherapy...although that is quite UNlikely).
