Neck problems: A couple of thoughts. First - take breaks from the laptop & stretch & walk about. Second- get an ergonomic consultation so that placement of you and your equipment is optimized. Depending on your actual vitamin D level - your provider can prescribe supplements that are significantly larger than amounts in regular multiple vitamins.
