Uhoh.: those are called bulla, and it is bad or worse depending on the depth of the bump. dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them, but this is not at all a common or mild condition. Sometimes can be a sign of a very severe burn like skin condition. Dermatologist can address it, and has to be SOON.
