Can a past concussion have triggered my migraines?

Time frame: head trauma can cause even chronic daily severe migraines. but, concussions occur at the time of the trauma and then improve. If the trauma was more than 3 or more months ago and the headaches are just now starting, they need to be evaluated, but, it's a stretch to blame the trauma.

Not too distant past: The concussion would have to have been fairly recent for doctors to connect the two issues.
