Likely from muscle: Strain . Sharp chest pain elicited with body movement or deep breathing suggests muscular or pleuritic cause/( lining of lung is irritated or inflamed) u r still young for any serious heart condition unless there is a strong family history of it. Any symptoms that worsen or persist should be evaluated by your dr. Take care!
