Nerve: without an exam, I can only give general information. And, electrical component, spasm, in a dirction of a nerve, in a spot where nerves are generally pinched... implies a nerve pinch. The cervical spine can have disk disease. It produces pain the shoots out from the neck down the arms to the hands.
