Many causes: There are many things that can cause an itchy breast including dry skin and fungal infections. The late period could be due to stress,weight,exercise,diet,medications, or diseases like thyroid disease,diabetes/insulin resistance, PCOS, adrenal disease, or pituitary issues. Repeat the pregnancy test in 3-5 days if your period still hasn't started and, if negative, see your PCP or GYN for testing.
