Can retest in 5 days: A faint positive line on a urine pregnancy test is still positive, but the concentration of HCG in the urine is not high enough to create a strongly positive line. If pregnant, the line should be strongly colored a few days later. A "borderline" faint test result means the HCG is close to, but not at, the positive level. If there is a faint positive several days later, one's doctor can evaluate.
