Get rechecked: for all STDs. If your red pills were Zithromax (??) you would need 2 500mg tablets or 4 250mg tablets as a single oral dose. If you are still symptomatic, call your GYN for re-testing

Chlamydia symptoms: When chlamydia causes symptoms like discharge and sometimes uncomfortable urination, symptoms persist or recur in 10-20% of cases despite correct treatment with azithromycin. Usually chlamydia itself is cured, but some people are infected with chlamydia plus other bacteria. This assumes no sex with untreated partners. Return to the doctor or clinic treating you; continue no sex for now.
