Combo meds: Anti-inflammatory meds are typically the most useful agents to combat the pain of menstral cycle symptoms. But if otc nsaids do not giving you the relief you need, try mixing them with acetominophen products taken at same time. They work by different mechanisms and can have additive benefits. If still problematic, ask you doc for some toradol (stronger nsaid) to be taken for only few days/period.
