Evaluation: Get checked for vaginal infection first, but there are some wonderful lubricants for couples trying to conceive. I believe one is called preseed and there are a couple others. Having an orgasm during foreplay and right after completion of sex may help too. A vibrator on the clitoris, oral play or a finger may help with that. Female orgasm does have a fertility function
