I started taking diltiazem for a fib. is it normal for the medicine to make you feel tired and dizzy? or do i need a lower dose. taking 240mg 24hr er

Yes: Any anti arrhythmic or rate lowering medication can have the side effects that you described. Talk to your electrophysiologist/cardiologist about it. If you have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, a "pill in the pocket" approach might work better for you.
