Post inj soreness: Post injection soreness is common following a nerve block. Radiating pain to the nose at time of injection is nothing to worry about either. Use ice pack on cheeck and ibuprofen to decrease any swelling or pain. These are common after effects of being pain free while a dental or medical procedure is being done.
