Drank alot last night and woke up at 5am severe cramping and cold sweats but couldn't poop i finally pooped hard large bm then diarrhea and now pooping bloody mucus should i be alarmed?

Possibly: blood after hard BM likely from tear or hemorrhoids, and constipation likely from dehydration with imbibing alcohol. But red flags requiring urgent medical attention would include persistent bleed, fever/shakes, recurrent nausea/vomit, and belly pain.
