Wait : Rib fracture almost always heal, so if you can hang in there it should be pretty well healed up over the next two to four weeks. If it is particularly painful, an intercostal nerve block can relieve the pain but it may be short term. Make sure you are not using nicotine or taking NSAIDs, both of which can delay bone healing.
