Confusing question: I really don't understand what you are asking; I think you have misunderstood something your friend said. No STI is treated by "pulling" something from the penis. Maybe your friend had a swab to send a specimen for testing? STIs are caught only by sex -- vaginal, anal, or sometimes oral. If any doubt about your own risk, get tested. Since you're in England, visit your nearest NHS GUM clinic.
