Exam time!: I'm glad that what you considered a cold has lost its' grip, but you do have something that your immune system is trying to fight. It needs help, so see a Dr. Those glands are working overtime and not finding success. To protect and meet the demands of raising your son, do it ASAP. See a Dr and get well soon.
