Yes: You are perimenopausal. As such, you are anovulatory or oligo. This is problematic for many women because it becomes difficult to discern normal menses from abnormal. General rule is if you have intermenstrual or post coital bleeding at your age, you should get an endometrial biopsy. Cannot treat unless diagnosed.
