Time To See A Doctor: Don't panic. It only makes things worse. Sit down and take a few deep breaths. If you are awake, breathing and have a pulse and not bleeding all over the place, then you can take the time to think this through. Really, "squirting" a bunch of watery stuff is not normal and you should see your doctor or go to an Urgent Care. The rest can then be sorted out after an exam and discussion with you.

No need to panic: Firstly, if you are using the Nuvaring, you are not ovulating. I suspect your increased discharge is from the ring. It is not unusual that there is increased physiologic discharge with the Nuvaring. This is normal.
