Medical Marijuana : You will need to talk to your prescibing physician about a non marijuana substitute while you're in Florida plus any withdrawal symptoms you may need to anticipate.

Marijuana oil: is apparently legal in all 50 states. It has no euphoric properties (doesn't make you high) but presumably she needs the medicinal benefit from the Cannibidiol, not the euphoria from the THC component. Oil can be ordered online. Good luck to her! Very sweet of you to scope this out.
