It should be okay: Antibiotics can be very finicky about in regards to absorption rate in vivo. Most antibiotics do okay with the stomach's acidic content, and in soda which is phosphoric acid it may absorb well also. Carbonic acid which creates the fizz does not contribute much to the acidity of soda water. Just do not take medicines with any basic (pH > 7) solutions.
