Doubt azithromycin: Azithromycin doesn't cause weakness, tiredness, etc. Depending on the reason for treatment, I would be more suspicious of symptoms of the infection, especially if you have a respiratory infection like bronchitis, a cold, etc. Whatever the cause, probably it will clear up soon. Contact your doctor if it doesn't. Good luck.
