Depends: Go see a doctor for a work up. Chest pain in a smoker needs an evaluation for ischemic heart disease. Other conditions like gastroesophagel reflux, costocondritis, panic among others need to be excluded.

Check up time: Sounds like you should get evaluated. Comorbid smoking with heart condition can be a variety if things and you would benefit from a full assessment. Good luck to you.
