Yep!: it will stay positive if you are pregnant for the length of your pregnancy. Do follow instructions on the kit exactly, and be sure it is not expired. If negative, and you have missed two periods see a doc to confirm with a blood pg test and to check for other causes of amenorrhea (lack of periods).
