Probably a pimple: or a sebacous cyst. All parts of your body have sweat and oil glands especially in the genital area. Sometimes those pores get plugged up and make a cyst or a bump. Small ones can get better on their own. Larger ones may need antibiotics or sometimes minor surgery to removed the 'bad' tissue and keep them from coming back. You will need an exam if it continues to occur.
