Diarrhea is common: Bilious (yellowish/greenish loose) diarrhea can be seen in the first 2-3 months after cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) and can cause burning on exit, For some, it can persists longer and can cause cramping. See your doctor about trying sucralfate or cholestyramine to help with the bile acid diarrhea.
