Depends: Why was the test done? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, if that is all that is out of order, it is not a reason to worry about.

Hi I received a urinalysis test result with abnormal +2 ketones, +1 blood, 2+ leukocyte esterase, and above high normal 2+ WBC. No bacteria seen. ?
I had a U/A culture done and it came back with 2+ protein ; trace of ketones; 2+blood in my urine. my microscopic urinalysis came back with WBC 11-30; RBC greater than 30. What could this mean?
