Left sided chest abd: Left sided lower chest abdominal pain may be from musculoskeletal, stomach related, colon and spleen are in that location also. Most of the time it is muscular pain or colonic distension with gas. Physical exam may be normal in these situation. Pay attention to any type of food might be making it worse. Most of the time they are benign.
