Mild headache that comes and goes everyday for 3 months. usually over left eye. not ever severe/so bad that i miss work, but very worrisome! ideas?

Cannot say: in your particular case without an exam. And if this is a new headache, then it is generally a reason for a head scan. This can be a sign of a serious condition. If someone has had a headache like this previous years, then less likely to be seriuos and ore likely to be sinus (could be infection needing antibiotics though).
