This is kind of: Tough to answer. It would be helpful to know where you are in your cycle. Coudl you have a cyst on your ovary which ruptured due to the force of the jump? Maybe. Could you have simply ovulated coinciding with your "jump?" which could be the source of your discomfort? Maybe. Speak to your doctor if you continue to have pain.
