Save your money.: There's a footnote about tyrosine and depression in a book by werbach, 1991, but what it says and what evidence is used is not online. There's no current evidence of well-controlled clinical trials that document any benefits from L-tyrosine. There are a lot of references that it helps on sites that sell supplements, but no traceable references. Until studies are available to be reviewed, forget it
