Not good: Toothache is never good. It is time to see the dentist. The more you wait the worse it gets and you may loose the tooth, don’t wait . Good luck.

Pain: Pain is never good and in the case of a toothache, only a dentist can help. First, make an appointment with a local dentist asap! In the meantime take some OTC pain medication as Advil, Aleve, Motrin, Tylenol or what you would normally take for a headache.
