Flush eyes: The irritation is likely from your bleach cleaning party as this will cause a light chlorine mist, which will cause irritation to skin, mucous membranes and eyes. Start by getting clear of your shower. Go outside. Turn on a fan to clear the air in your shower. Then rinse your eyes with a sterile saline solution, like you might use if you wore contact lenses. This will flush any chemicals away
