Rectal Bleeding: At your age it is more likely due to Hemorroids or a polyp in the rectum, an inflammatory condition of the colon or an anal fissure. But most anal fissures cause pain as well .i suggest you consult your Doctor and may need a referral to a Gastroenterologist if a Polyp is suspected or inflammatory Bowel Disease is suspected, you may need a colonoscopy..
