Which medicine is safer for a 5 months old baby; fenestil or primalan?

Neither: 5 months baby is too young for these anti histamine drugs which may contain different concentrations of active ingredients. If your baby doesn't have fever and is eating well, you should be conservative in giving medications. If not, get him checked with your pediatrician to see if any medication would be needed. Good luck☺️
