Migraine Aura?: My first thought about your symptom is that of an visual aura of a Migraine, whether with or without associated headache, nausea, vomiting, etc. Usually these peripheral visual disturbances will last on the average of 20-30' without change in vision. There are many triggers of migraines including low light emitters from cell phones, computers, fluorescent lighting, certain foods, stress.
