Could ne nothing: if you are sexually active ,your partner might been a little rough while handling your breast. assuming that you never had children and you are not breast feeding, and you said you are not pregnant, then it could be as simple as your bras pressing on the nipple, or the way you sleep ,you end up bruising your nipple. if none of these answers are possible ,go and see a doctor.
