What if you take a pregnancy test at home. and it still says not pregnant? but u got tender nipples and stomach hurts what does mean?

Could be many things: But do a blood one - more accurate, and u need an ultrasound and hormone blood work, could just be your hormones are off, but u need to make sure u do not have an ovarian cyst or an ectopic pregnancy do call your gyn or go to the er to be worked up.
