Don't drink to excess (some data suggests not drinking alcohol at all). Avoid obesity or even overweight as many cancers are related to excess fat. Avoid excess sun exposure (use sunblock when outside). Eat healthy foods: consider vegetarian diet

Stay healthy: The majority of people do live like that.avoid bad habits like smoking,drinking,drugs,stay healthy by exercised eating healthy and staying slim you can avoid the majority of cancer, add to that grow your own fruit and vegetables and your own chicken and eggs and drink your own milk ,and avoid all red meat.For the inherited one check early and follow doctors advise how to avoid that cancer
