Mgt: If your son has any respiratory problems, I would suggest seeing your PCP. A virtual appointment is also available. The leg and chest pain may be due to muscular strain. I would suggest a dose of Motrin to see if it helps. This information may then be given to your PCP. Is there any weakness of his legs? or imbalance? lack of coordination?

My 10 year old son had a short sharp pain in his chest that lasted about 30 sec and afterwards is complaining of pain in his right leg below the knee.
10 year old son had brief sharp pain in chest. Afterwards started to have pain in right leg below knee. He says it is better when rests for a period.
