Sounds normal: "Negative for STDs" suggests you've seen a doctor. What did s/he say? If something were wrong (e.g. genital warts), probably s/he would have said so. I'm guessing mucus or sebaceous glands (also called Fordyce spots); or vestibular papillae. Both of these are entirely normal.
