Sorry, NO: Lifting weights does nothing for the shape of your face. You are only 17. You have a few more years of normal changes in your appearance, but the bones won't change too much now. Don't go to extremes to try to change how you look. Concentrate on being a good person and stay healthy and people will love you for who you are.
