i had a stroke in 2008 ( i was 23). are there any natural remedies that can assist my meds with spasticity and thalamic pain syndrome due to a stroke?

Spasticity: I don't know of any specific remedies for this purpose. However you might consider talking with your physician about a trial of acupuncture as an adjunct therapy for the Thalamic Pain Syndrome. See: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21334511
