See a Psychiatrist: This condition is usually related to underlying anxiety disorder and/or Obsessive compulsive disorder. There are usually 2 treatments: psychosocial and pharmacological. Psychosocial treatment usually involves Cognitive Behavioral Therapy whereas pharmacological treatment is medication such as Clomipramine. Its best to see a Psychiatrist to start a proper treatment plan.
