Healthy habits: Eat a variety of vegetables, some fruits, whole grain carbohydrates like whole wheat pasta/bread or brown rice, and lean proteins. Try to have a good sleep routine and get 8-9.5 hrs of sleep per night. Avoid sodas and drink 1-2 L of water per day. Try to get 15-30 minutes of physical activity at least 4 times per week.

Good nutrition: Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water/day & 5 servings of veggies & 4 servings of fruit per/day. Eat whole grain. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates.
