BB forums say yes…: But found no medical sites to confirm or deny. Considering ingredients include whey protein, milk protein, sunflower, soy and wheat, it should be safe—provided you drink plenty of water to keep kidneys flushed since high protein diets can damage kidneys if body is dehydrated. Not recommended: No real need for that much supplemental protein in a normal health teenager. Other concern is that being a supplement, you do not know what you are getting for sure as supplements are not regulated by the fda. You would be better served by eating a well balanced diet and supplementing with natural proteins (chicken, beef, pork, etc.).
