White bump near lip: Does it itch/ painful? tingling? Could be a cold sore. Do not touch it and wash your hand if inadvertently touch, as cold sore are infectious . May also be nutritional deficiency or eczema. Try lysine 500 mg 3 tabs /day ( at once) x 5 days for cold sores. Try a multivit and Vit c orange juice 3 glasses/day x 3 then 2 glasses 3 then 1 x 3. f/u w/doc
